Project Manager Full-time Job

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

•Managing a team of internal and or consultant project managers, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex property development projects.

•Be responsible for the day-to-day stakeholder interface, ensuring that business objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

•Managing complex multifaceted and multi-million-dollar projects either in the built environment or property development.

•Setting up and managing projects to achieve delivery excellence.

•Tracking record of initiating and delivering complex major projects within a multi-stakeholder environment.

•Understanding of management of large-scale complex projects and programs.

•Managing diverse, multi-disciplined teams and optimising the procurement process

•Managing project mobilisation and handover

•Understanding of technical design of infrastructure, and design management.
